I showed Anna the pocket watch I had recently received.
Anna: "I don't have a watch, dad."
Me: "Maybe you can get one someday."
Anna: "Like when I'm married!"
Me: "I don't think you have to wait that long."
Anna: "I'll be a princess and you can be my prince."
Me: "I'd love to be your prince."
Anna: "Just for today. Tomorrow you can't."
